On the StoCare website, we need a sort of banner/alert to come up in the centre of the page once someone has clicked on the ‘Healthcare Professionals’ tab with an option saying ‘Are you a healthcare professional?’ and then either ‘Yes’ or ‘No’. If they click yes then the page can load onto the Healthcare Professionals page. If they click ‘No’ then it does not load and they return to the homepage.

We also want to rejig the ‘Healthcare Professionals’ page to make it a bit clearer and make the LPP Report stand out. I have attached a possible layout- all the info is the same, just organised differently. Please can you change the current ‘Healthcare Professionals’ page to this, and then stretch out the purple box containing ‘StoCare Remover Products have been recommended as a first choice by the LPP to achieve major savings* Full Report available here’ so it goes across the full width of the page and is thinner. We would like to keep the photo at the top but just change the information underneath. Mainly because there is an empty space that we think needs filling. When people visit the Kensington website, on the home page a bouncing arrow appears at the bottom of the page allowing visitors to click on this arrow and have the page automatically move down. I’ve attached a Word document and two PDFs which together include all of the content and there are a few pointers below which will hopefully give your design team a clearer picture of what we’re after… - We want to provide an easy-to-use PDF document for our Site Managers - We’d like them to be able to click on a certain topic on the contents page and then be taken directly to that information - Can it be a flick-book PDF or will this only work if people have certain Adobe software installed on their machine? - Wherever my name is mentioned in the document, people need to be able to click on this and email me directly - The daily shift briefing template and newsletter template need to sit in the PDF document as examples but we also need these providing in Word so that we can send them to the Site Managers for them to edit/use on site - Finally, I’m so conscious that it contains so much text so in the design, we just need to focus on breaking this up, making it easy to navigate and attractive to look at… Can I leave you guys to work your magic?! Hi Richard, The mirror in our lift has come off the wall and we’ve decided not to replace it. However, the wall behind is now a mess, so we thought a subtle graphic of some sort would work well – not too bold almost a watermark style. Please see the photo images of the lift back wall. As you can see the original glass mirror has dropped off and was stuck on with a glue. Some of the backing from the piece of glass is still stuck to the wall. I think whatever image we decide to cover it with will need some form of backing to cover the mess. Perhaps a lightweight foam or board backing that can be easily stuck? BILLED ON JN 40767 Creative: I would like to use some of the new creative you have applied already to these slides – however these slides also need to fit into the main corporate sales slide deck which follows the creative theme of the first slide (see attached). So this deck will work on its own and also part of a main deck. So the creative needs to balance between the 2 (if that makes sense). Where a slide has already been designed, it need to be modernised so they look like one. Also happy for you to put screen shots in this, screen recordings and any visuals from the Mobius animation. We also like to use symbols/icons. I also want to put your new animation into this. Words: attached are the slides which need bringing to life. You don’t need to use the words (as in word for word) – hopefully those words help give you some ideas on the creative. Some of those words will help with a script. Don’t worry too much about putting animation into the deck.

We had a good meeting yesterday with AMA. They’ve asked us to pitch for a new website, they have also asked the existing website developers to look at a new design. AMA are a large international company supplying various metals to the aerospace industry including world class companies such as Boeing, Rolls Royce, Airbus, Boimbardier etc. They want this to reflect in the new site. We’ve got another animated banner ad to do for Interfood. It’s basically the same as the previous banner ad that you reproduced for us, so colour chevrons appearing on the second frame. But this one is a skyscraper version.160 px (w) x 600 px (h). The colour division chevrons, need to slide up from behind the yacht image to conceal the headline, then side back down behind the yacht image. I’ve attached a hi-res file. So you guys have worked on this deck for me already. However I need help with the attached screenshots – I have a set of Web UI screenshots which are slides 23 to 29 and then a set of Claims screenshots which are slides 42 to 46. On slide 28, I need the images sized but coming in over one another – hope that make sense. Slide 42 to 46 Images G to M need to be inserted instead of the images used on the current slides. I think this means there maybe more screens, but that’s ok. I need the slides to be worked on a little please – they need to be anonymised (only images I and M – the word ISLANDS needs removing and a new name popping in like Open GI) and all the screen shots need to say Mobius Claims in the top left hand corner rather than The Claims Cloud.

This morning we have had a customer input a pallet this morning, using the incorrect service Goods are being collected from LE5 & being delivered to KW6 - the website allowed him to select a next day service but we only offer an economy service to all KW postcodes I have attached a copy of the postcodes & the services we offer, can you check everything is all up to date please I think the website only gave the customer the price for the collection £37.68 inc vat but now we have calculated the price correctly it is £156.10 inc vat, which is a massive difference. Response 25/09/2019: In this instance it did not calculate the portion of the cost for each pallet at the KW postcode. The way the website categorises delivery option are slightly different to the gazetteer – • Are 48hrs and Next Day the same? • There’s ‘Up to 3 Days Service’, ‘3-5 Day’, ‘3 Day Only’, ‘5 Day Only’ in the spreadsheet but on the website they are all treated as Economy on the website? Is that correct? • And just to confirm (because it’s not clear in the code and I don’t have any notes on this) the special notes on the services are rules for the destination? For example: at the moment, if a collection was made at KW15 (postcode on the Orkney Islands) to LE5 it would allow for Next Day delivery because there are no rules set for the destination LE5 as well as also miscalculate the price. This is also the same with any Outer Hebrides postcode set as the pickup. If you can confirm - I’ll look into this for you and get back to you with a solution. In the meantime, keep an eye out for any postcodes that has special rules on them. Update 25/09/2019: Fixed another issue that caused the pallets to become the same as the weight figure. Update 11/10/2019: We have had a couple of issues recently where we have had no emails saying there has been an order confirmation. We are only noticing when we receive another one and go to take the payment. The Order numbers for the ones yesterday are 981 and 982. 983 came through fine. I’ve checked our Spam filter to see if they caught but there are no emails in there Can you ask the guys to have a look why these have not been sent? We stand the risk of losing orders if we do not have the information coming through.

We are working on a refresh of our IT services offering and would like to have another insert for this. Along the lines of the insert we did for the CV show but in a PDF format for now as we are more likely to email this out initially. We will be looking to get some printed as well especially for the show next year. I am pulling together some content for the website and the PDF will be a more detailed version of that. We need a poster designing for our Platform 175 customers explaining the change of Toilet Roll Unit, below is the info etc required. Title : Toilet Roll Unit Upgrade No branding on it so we can send it to all routes to market. Show an image of how it currently looks (existing literature) and a new image of how it will look (I think Jay is doing this retouching etc) Text below to accompany each image. The existing Toilet Roll Unit has a colour co-ordinated carcass with the top of the unit being on show, however when this is fitted next to a unit with a Cashmere carcass you can see the bled of the Cashmere carcass coming through. By updating the unit to be a full height door you will now not be able to see the bled of the carcass. The internals will stay the same and have the toilet roll holder still fitted and these will now have a Cashmere carcass only as standard.

We’ve had a fairly short notice single page A4 ad dropped on us for Nav and Daljit’s temple magazine. They’re doing a special to celebrate the 550th anniversary of the birth of Guru Nanak (who is one of the founding elders of the Sikh religion). Could you please put an advert together for us? I would say about half of it should have a celebratory message, maybe as simple as ‘Celebrating the 550th Birth Anniversary of Guru Nanak Sahib’. A quick bit of Google research suggests the cultural style uses circles (maybe an opportunity for a big ‘550’, which seems quite popular) and lots of yellow and gold. Not sure how far we should go with acknowledging the cultural style vs. our branding, I’ll leave that for you to decide. The other half should be a gentle message about AproDerm so I’d expect some kind of pack shot that we’d use for consumers. The aspects of the product that are appropriate for the Sikh community will be: Alcohol free Suitable for vegetarians/not tested on animals Suitable from birth British Skin Foundation stamp I think text-light and simple is the way to go. Can you put something together for us to look at tomorrow afternoon please? I’ve attached the spec from the magazine. Let me know if you have any questions.

13/11/19 This is now back to a statistic driven brochure using the attached PPT scan. We need to copy this but change the wording and style so it's not obvious we have blatantly copied it!!! ____________________________________________________________________________ 28/10/19 This is now more of a fluffy brochure and less a list of facts so can we make it a bit more corporate with images and and use the attached text (Pallet Track Brochure Text v1.docx) please. I think it would also be good to use some of the facts ans fgures from the original PPT as pull out boxes/quotes. Create a brochure using the statistics and information from the attached PPT. This needs to be PTK Branded. Can we see if we can show some of the statistics as graphics to break up the volume and also add in some text as well. Perhaps look at using some pull out quotes to break up the pages.

We are looking at having some personalised compliment slips made up that we can send out to patients when they order our products. The slips aim to explain what the product is and how it works. We will add the name of the patient on before they get sent out. I have attached five documents. We are looking to have the same front cover and then the back will be personalised depending if the patient has requested Remove Spray, Protect Spray, Remove Wipes or Protect Wipes. So there will be four compliment slips in total all with the same front. We are thinking the slips should be about 21cm width and 10cm height, similar to the Rhodes Pharma compliment slips we already have. The designs need a bit of work but hopefully you have time to fit this in!

Clare noticed a hanging bit of paper and the cardboard boxes in the background · 01:33 Material Science and Testing -------------------- I’ve been tasked with coordinating a promotional video which we can showcase at the Powys Careers Festival in March and to potential customers moving forwards – something generic that shows what we do, with graphic overlays rather than voice over (or text if graphic overlays are expensive!) I’ve not worked on a video brief before, but I gather 90 seconds would be the maximum length for something like this? Daniel pulled the attached together before he left, with an overview of the different departments we’d want to cover and the sort of activities we could film. The general idea was to follow the flexible film through the production process. I appreciate you’re super busy at the moment, but is this something iDM would be able to support us with / quote on? We’ve got until February to complete the project.
